ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,438,506, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia LLC (Albuquerque, N.M.).
"Complementary current reuse even harmonic frequency multiplier" was invented by Jesse Moody (Cedar Crest, N.M.) and Travis Forbes (Overland Park, Kan.).
