US Patent Issued to NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY on Feb. 18 for "Polyimide based copolymer and electronic component and field effect transistor comprising the same" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,227,619, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY (Taipei, Taiwan).

"Polyimide based copolymer and electronic component and field effect transistor comprising the same" was invented by Wen-Chang Chen (Taipei, Taiwan), Mitsuru Ueda (Taipei, Taiwan), Chun-Kai Chen (Taipei, Taiwan) and Yan-Cheng Lin (Taipei, Taiwan).
