ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,355,087, issued on July 8, was assigned to NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Tokyo).
