ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,489, issued on March 18, was assigned to NATIONAL CHIAO TUNG UNIVERSITY (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
"Gas sensor" was invented by Hsiao-Wen Zan (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Hsin-Fei Meng (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yu-Chi Lin (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Shang-Yu Yu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Ting-Wei Tung (Taoyuan, Taiwan), Yi-Chu Wu (Taichung, Taiwan) and Yu-Nung Mao (Tainan, Taiwan).
