ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,145, issued on July 29, was assigned to Nano PharmaSolutions Inc. (San Diego).

"Therapeutic agent nanoparticles and methods of preparation" was invented by Kay Olmstead (Escondido, Calif.), Saeyeon Lee (Seongnam, South Korea) and Seok-Keun Koh (Seoul, South Korea).
