ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,328,541, issued on June 10, was assigned to N-EAR APS (Copenhagen V., Denmark).
"Earpiece retention assembly" was invented by Mads Staerke (Solrod Strand, Denmark).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An earpiece retention assembly may include a cable portion pre-formed into an ear loop with a first end coupled to a non-insertion end of an earpiece. The cable portion may be configured to bias the earpiece toward the interior of the ear loop to define a default orientation."
The patent was filed on May 16, 2022, under Application No. 17/745,034.
