US Patent Issued to Murata Manufacturing on March 18 for "Transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators with electrodes having a second layer of variable width" (Finnish, Swiss Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,255,605, issued on March 18, was assigned to Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Nagaokakyo, Japan).

"Transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators with electrodes having a second layer of variable width" was invented by Viktor Plesski (Gorgier, Switzerland) and Julius Koskela (Helsinki).
