ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,041, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to MURATA MANUFACTURING Co. LTD. (Nagaokakyo, Japan).
"Electrical device comprising a capacitor wherein the dielectric comprises anodic porous oxide, and the corresponding manufacturing method" was invented by Larry Buffle (Grenoble, France), Frederic Voiron (Barraux, France), Julien El Sabahy (Grenoble, France) and Brigitte Soulier (Grenoble, France).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electrical device that includes: a substrate; an anodic porous oxide region above the substrate; a first capacitor electrode region arranged in the anodic porous oxide region, extending in the anodic porous oxide region...
