US Patent Issued to Murata Manufacturing on April 22 for "Filter using lithium niobate and lithium tantalate transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,283,943, issued on April 22, was assigned to Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Nagaokakyo, Japan).

"Filter using lithium niobate and lithium tantalate transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators" was invented by Andrew Guyette (San Mateo, Calif.) and Neal Fenzi (Santa Barbara, Calif.).
