US Patent Issued to MRSI Systems on Feb. 25 for "Die bonding system with heated automatic collet changer" (New Hampshire, Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,237,202, issued on Feb. 25, was assigned to MRSI Systems LLC (Tewksbury, Mass.).

"Die bonding system with heated automatic collet changer" was invented by Nicholas Samuel Celia Jr. (Avon, Mass.) and Cyriac Devasia (Nashua, N.H.).
