ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,417,480, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Motorola Mobility LLC (Chicago).

"Personalized product recommendations based on an itinerary" was invented by Amit Kumar Agrawal (Bangalore, India), Srikanth Raju (Sahakaranagar, India), Renuka Prasad Herur Rajashekaraiah (Bangalore, India) and Rahul Bharat Desai (Hoffman Estates, Ill.).
