ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,124, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Monolith Materials Inc. (Lincoln, Neb.).
"Particle systems and methods" was invented by Ned J. Hardman (Lincoln, Neb.), John W. Reese (Venetia, Pa.) and Dylan Laidlaw (Meadow Vista, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Particles with suitable properties may be generated using systems and methods provided herein. The particles may include carbon particles. In some examples, carbon particles for metallurgy applications are provided."
The patent was filed on Feb. 26, 2020, under Application No. 16/802,212.
