ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,453,766, issued on Oct. 28, was assigned to ModernaTX Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The disclosure relates to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) ribonucleic acid (RNA) vaccines as well as methods of using the vaccines and compositions comprising the vaccines. The vaccine can be formulated in a lipid nanoparticle."
