ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,496,358, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to ModernaTX Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).

"Modified nucleosides, nucleotides, and nucleic acids, and uses thereof" was invented by Jason P. Schrum (Philadelphia), Suhaib Siddiqi (Burlington, Mass.) and Kenechi Ejebe (New York).
