ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,403,422, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (Tokyo) and The Kansai Electric Power Co. Inc. (Osaka, Japan).
