ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,135, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Corp. (Tokyo).

"DC power supply and distribution system" was invented by Yusuke Kato (Tokyo), Takuya Kataoka (Tokyo), Tomoyuki Kawakami (Tokyo) and Kikuo Izumi (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A DC power supply and distribution system is obtained that improves power distribution efficiency at a low-load factor while suppressing overall upsizing.
