ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,317,399, issued on May 27, was assigned to Mitsubishi Electric Corp. (Tokyo).

"Voltage generator" was invented by Noriyuki Matsubara (Tokyo), Fumihito Izawa (Tokyo), Yohei Araki (Tokyo), Yuya Yamashita (Amagasaki, Japan) and Masato Achihara (Amagasaki, Japan).
