ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,525,925, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Corp. (Tokyo).
"Temperature compensation circuit" was invented by Takuma Torii (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a temperature compensation circuit including: a first current path to perform temperature compensation on a second transistor in a first temperature range; and a second current path having a diode which goes to an on state in a second temperature range higher than the first temperature range, to perform temperature compensation on the second transistor by means of a current flowing through the diode in the on state."
