ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,402, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Corp. (Tokyo).

"Electromagnetic wave detector including a photoelectric conversion element and a plasmon filter, and electromagnetic wave detector array" was invented by Shimpei Ogawa (Tokyo), Masaaki Shimatani (Tokyo), Shoichiro Fukushima (Tokyo) and Satoshi Okuda (Tokyo).
