"Vibration actuator and electronic device" was invented by Yuki Takahashi (Tokyo), Chikara Sekiguchi (Tokyo), Shigeyuki Shimomura (Tokyo), Yoshihiro Kumanomido (Tokyo), Daisuke Kodama (Tokyo), Yuta Yoshii (Tokyo) and Shigenori Inamoto (Tokyo).
