ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,546,593, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. (Brookfield, Wis.).

"Digital level" was invented by Matthew Leidel (Wind Lake, Wis.), Gareth J. Mueckl (Milwaukee), Eric Mackey (Milwaukee), Gary Lee McMurray (Pewaukee, Wis.) and Taylor Wayne Crenshaw (Milwaukee).
