ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,301,290, issued on May 13, was assigned to Microsoft Technology Licensing LLC (Redmond, Wash.).
"Liquid powered and cooled microfluidics photonics architecture" was invented by Vaidehi Oruganti (Kirkland, Wash.), Bharath Ramakrishnan (Bellevue, Wash.), Husam Atallah Alissa (Redmond, Wash.) and Christian L. Belady (Mercer Island, Wash.).
