US Patent Issued to Microsoft Technology Licensing on May 13 for "Adjusting memory power consumption" (Israeli Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,300,340, issued on May 13, was assigned to Microsoft Technology Licensing LLC (Redmond, Wash.).

"Adjusting memory power consumption" was invented by Ori Laslo (Rehovot, Israel) and Gilad Kirshenboim (Petach Tiqva, Israel).
