ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,363,098, issued on July 15, was assigned to MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY LICENSING LLC (Redmond, Wash.).
"Selectively and intelligently displaying authentication notifications to protect users" was invented by Poulomi Bandyopadhyay (Sammamish, Wash.), Rajat Luthra (Redmond, Wash.), Lee Francis Walker (Blacksburg, Va.), Zachary Michael Edwards (Monroe, Wash.) and Colin Trent (Seattle).
