US Patent Issued to Micron Technology on Sept. 9 for "Row tracking for row hammer mitigation" (American, Italian Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,412,614, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).

"Row tracking for row hammer mitigation" was invented by Emanuele Confalonieri (Segrate, Italy), Yaw Fann (San Jose, Calif.) and Yu-Sheng Hsu (San Jose, Calif.).
