ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,680, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).
"Operation based on consolidated memory region description data" was invented by David Matthew Springberg (Fort Collins, Colo.).
