"Write-once memory encoded data" was invented by Xiangyu Tang (San Jose, Calif.), Eric N. Lee (San Jose, Calif.), Akira Goda (Setagaya, Japan), Kishore K. Muchherla (Fremont, Calif.), Haibo Li (Cupertino, Calif.) and Huai-Yuan Tseng (San Ramon, Calif.).
