ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,328,129, issued on June 10, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).

"Bypassing iterations in a bit flipping decoder using a least reliable bit energy function" was invented by Mustafa N. Kaynak (San Diego), Eyal En Gad (Highland, Calif.) and Sivagnanam Parthasarathy (Carlsbad, Calif.).
