ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,355,429, issued on July 8, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).

"Digital switching activity sensing" was invented by Leon Zlotnik (Camino, Calif.), Leonid Minz (Beer Sheva, Israel) and Pranjal Chauhan (Fatehpur, India).
