ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,548,628, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).
"Slow-charge-loss tracking using feedback-control loop" was invented by Lei Zhang (Singapore), Sampath Ratnam (San Jose, Calif.) and Steven Michael Kientz (Westminster, Colo.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Various embodiments use a feedback-control loop to track slow charge loss (SCL) for a memory cell of a memory device, which can be used to adjust one or more read level voltages used to read data from the memory cell."
The patent was filed on Feb. 21, 2024, under Application No. 18/583,197.
