ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,387,778, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Micron Technology Inc. (Boise, Idaho).
"Phase-to-phase mismatch reduction in a clock circuit of a memory device" was invented by Maksim Kuzmenka (Munich) and Fabien Funfrock (Munich).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A memory device may include memory cell array a clock circuit configured to generate a plurality of clock signals for access operations associated with the memory cell array. The clock circuit may include a ring oscillator circuit that is configured to equalize phase distortions of the plurality of clock signals."
