ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,395,076, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to Microchip Technology Inc. (Chandler, Ariz.).

"Charge pump cell with improved latch-up immunity and charge pumps including the same, and related systems, methods and devices" was invented by Lei Zou (Langhus, Norway) and Torbjoern Loevseth Finnoey (Trondelag, Norway).
