US Patent Issued to Micro Focus on July 29 for "Private secure blockchain" (Idaho, Texas Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,375,268, issued on July 29, was assigned to Micro Focus LLC (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Private secure blockchain" was invented by Douglas Max Grover (Rigby, Idaho) and Michael F. Angelo (Houston).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A first node in a distributed blockchain ledger validates all remaining nodes in the distributed blockchain ledger to secure the distributed blockchain ledger. The remaining nodes in the distributed blockchain ledger can be validated in various ways.
