ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,545,587, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Mexichem Fluor Inc. (San Gabriel, La.) and Ascend Elements Inc. (Westborough, Mass.).

"Recycled graphite surface repair and conductive carbon separation" was invented by Rakan Ashour (San Gabriel, La.).
