US Patent Issued to Meta Platforms Technologies on Feb. 18 for "Selective laser etching of layered fluidistors" (Washington Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,229,340, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to Meta Platforms Technologies LLC (Menlo Park, Calif.).

"Selective laser etching of layered fluidistors" was invented by Serol Turkyilmaz (Redmond, Wash.) and Daniel Myers (Kirkland, Wash.).
