ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,228,030, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to Merlin Technology Inc. (Kent, Wash.).

"Advanced passive interference management in directional drilling system, apparatus and methods" was invented by Rudolf Zeller (Seattle), Gary Garrabrant (Seattle), Timothy Bayliss (Maple Valley, Wash.) and Scott Phillips (Kent, Wash.).
