ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,133, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC (Rahway, N.J.).
"Antibodies specific for immunoglobulin-like transcript 3 (ILT3) and uses thereof" was invented by Michael A. Meehl (Northborough, Mass.), Philip E. Brandish (Needham, Mass.), Laurence Fayadat-Dilman (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Veronica Juan (Redwood City, Calif.), Carl Mieczkowski (Hercules, Calif.) and Latika Singh (Belmont, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Humanized, non-promiscuous monoclonal antibodies specific for immunoglobulin-like transcript 3 (ILT3), also known as Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 4 (LILRB4), are described."
