ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,393,030, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to Mentor Acquisition One LLC (Plantation, Fla.).

"See-through computer display systems with adjustable zoom cameras" was invented by Ralph F. Osterhout (San Francisco) and Robert Michael Lohse (Palo Alto, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Aspects of the present invention relate to methods and systems for the see-through computer display systems with adjustable-zoom cameras positioned such that their respective capture fields-of-view at least partially overlap at a target distance."
