"Baby wash/shampoo" was invented by Rebecca L. Zehntner (Blackfoot, Idaho).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Materials and methods for formulating a baby wash/shampoo are provided herein. For example, this document provides materials and methods for formulating a foaming baby wash/shampoo compositions that contain natural ingredients and are not irritating to babies' skin and eyes."
