ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,310,676, issued on May 27, was assigned to Medtronic Navigation Inc. (Louisville, Colo.).
"Navigation at ultra low to high frequencies" was invented by Bradley W. Jacobsen (Erie, Colo.), Victor D. Snyder (Erie, Colo.) and Andrew J. Wald (Fort Worth, Texas).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method include transmitting a signal according to a set of frequencies. A frequency range associated with the set of frequencies is from about 300 Hz to about 30 MHz.
