ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,313,371, issued on May 27, was assigned to MCP IP LLC (Sparta, Wis.).
"Archery bow limb construction" was invented by Mathew A. McPherson (Norwalk, Wis.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "In some embodiments, an archery bow limb assembly comprises a first limb, a second limb and a spacer. The spacer contacts the first limb and the second limb. The first limb comprises a limb material. The spacer comprises a spacer material comprising a higher clastic modulus than the limb material. A width of the spacer is less than a width of the first limb."
