ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,492,379, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research (Rochester, Minn.).
"Making and using cardiopoietic cells" was invented by Andre Terzic (Rochester, Minn.) and Atta Behfar (Rochester, Minn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This document relates to methods and materials for making and using cardiopoetic stem cells.
