ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,357,602, issued on July 15, was assigned to Mayne Pharma LLC (Raleigh, N.C.).
"Compositions comprising encapsulated tretinoin" was invented by Ofer Toledano (Kfar Saba, Israel), Karine Neimann (Ness Ziona, Israel), Maya Erlich (Ness Ziona, Israel) and Dorit Marco (Rehovot, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application is directed to compositions comprising microcapsules comprising encapsulated tretinoin, wherein the microcapsule size is less than 50 micro metre; and to methods of use thereof."
