US Patent Issued to Maxwell Labs on Oct. 7 for "Radiative heatsink" (Minnesota Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,931, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Maxwell Labs Inc. (Saint Paul, Minn.).

"Radiative heatsink" was invented by Jacob A. Balma (Lino Lakes, Minn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A radiative heatsink includes a cold plate, a radiator mounted to the cold plate and a thermal compound located between and coupling the heat source to the cold plate.
