ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,509,682, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to MAX-PLANCK-GESELLSCHAFT ZUR FORDERUND DER WISSENSCHAFTEN E.V. (Munich).
