ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,534, issued on June 17, was assigned to Max Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).
"Binding machine" was invented by Takeshi Morijiri (Tokyo), Takashi Akiyama (Tokyo) and Takanori Ban (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A binding machine includes a first main body, a second main body and a bridge part. The first main body houses a binding part which twists a wire and a driving part which drives the binding part. The second main body is provided with a handle part including an operation trigger. The bridge part connects the first main body and the second main body to each other."
The patent was filed on May 20, 2022, under Application No. 17/749,812.
