ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,426,855, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Maui Imaging Inc. (Tucson, Ariz.).

"Ultrasound imaging using apparent point-source transmit transducer" was invented by Donald F. Specht (Los Altos, Calif.) and Josef R. Call (Campbell, Calif.).
