US Patent Issued to MARVELL ASIA on Sept. 30 for "Ultra-high bandwidth multi-junction silicon optical modulator" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,429,718, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to MARVELL ASIA PTE LTD (Singapore).

"Ultra-high bandwidth multi-junction silicon optical modulator" was invented by Samira Karimelahi (Los Gatos, Calif.) and Masaki Kato (Palo Alto, Calif.).
