ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,933, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to Mahle International GmbH (Stuttgart, Germany).

"Heat exchanger module" was invented by Timo Feldkeller (Asperg, Germany) and Andreas Draenkow (Heimsheim, Germany).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A heat exchanger module with a first block of a first heat exchanger, further with a second block of a second heat exchanger, and further with an expansion valve, wherein the first block, the second block and the expansion valve are designed as an interconnected module."
