ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,240,381, issued on March 4, was assigned to MAGNA MIRRORS OF AMERICA INC. (Holland, Mich.).

"Frameless interior rearview mirror assembly" was invented by Darryl P. De Wind (West Olive, Mich.), Donald S. Rawlings (Caledonia, Mich.) and John T. Uken (Jenison, Mich.).
